1. Scope of Service
AimTrack is a performance tracking and analysis platform for archery athletes and coaches. The services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify features without prior notice.
2. Membership and Security
You commit that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
You are personally responsible for the confidentiality of your account password.
Users under 13 must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Users have the right to permanently delete their accounts at any time.
3. Subscription and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. For mobile purchases, Apple or Google's payment infrastructure and conditions apply.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the period ends.
Refunds: Refund requests for mobile purchases must be made directly to the respective app store.
4. Rules of Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Technical interventions aimed at disrupting the platform's operation
Harassing other users or sharing spam content
Uploading illegal, immoral, or infringing content
5. Intellectual Property
The design, software codes, and logos of the platform are the property of AimTrack. While users retain ownership of their uploaded data, the Platform reserves the right to anonymize and use this data for analysis and improvement purposes.
